Length of Session:

Although typical RAC reflexology sessions last about 60 minutes, to-date my timing on a "typical" session (minus any documenting) is 75 minutes. Setting aside an hour and a half per appointment is a good idea.

Beyond the "typical"... sometimes health, age (particularly the very young), schedules, budgets or personal preferences call for sessions that vary in length from the "average". To accomodate this, I also offer 40 minute and 20 minute sessions. Setting aside an hour for a 40 minute session and a half hour for 20 minutes is reasonable.

Reservations:

Appointments may be made by phone, e-mail or via the contact me form.

Cancellations:

Appointments may be cancelled or postponed by phone, via e-mail or through the contact me form up to 24 hours before the booked appointment time. Notably, if you cancel an appointment for which you have already paid, your money will be refunded to you in the same payment form as the original transaction (cash for cash and PayPal for PayPal). And, anyone who reserves an appointment and fails to show up for it will be expected to pay 'anyway'.
